SoLoMo seems to be the latest buzzword to encapsulate the online world.  To stay relevant in this social (So), local (Lo), mobile (Mo) space, it’s important to remember the consumer (because let’s be honest they’re the ones forking over the dough at the end of the day, right?) and understand both their tendencies and behaviors.

  • 51% of US adults use both their TV and internet at the same time
  • 64% of parents use social media to learn more about brands

  • 38% of Americans own a smartphone
  • 2/3 of smartphone users’ time is spent on apps
